I would like to submit a formal recommendation to the design and product teams regarding the credit structures for our high-level tiers. Currently, the credit limits do not adequately account for the variance in AI output, where several iterations are often required to achieve a production-ready result. Producing one video and deducting about 1800-2100 credits per video that may or may not produce a desirable video, resulting in wasted credits and only able to produce about one high quality video per week. Proposed Adjustments:
1) Quota Increases: Adjust the Neural Ninja tier to a minimum of 30,000 monthly credits and the Neural Nirvana tier to 50,000 monthly credits to support professional-grade output volume.
2) Iterative Generation: Implement a "dual-output" system where clicking 'Create Video' generates two distinct variations for comparison.
3) Credit-on-Acceptance Model: Shift toward a billing model where credits are only deducted upon the user’s final acceptance of the generation, ensuring users are only billed for successful, high-quality results, which significantly reduce 'wasted' credits on undesirable generations and better align the cost with the value of the final output.
