Make it easy for new customers to request a refund when NF's tools are failing repeatedly, not at generation, but at semantic obedience. Your demos assure a level of intentional control that the actual site cannot deliver. Meanwhile, you charge hefty prices for a product that can't be regarded as anything but a beta. NF is useless to me and the arcane process for applying for a refund adds to both my distrust and my exasperation.
