Reduce the cost of regenerate multiple times same frames, and reduce number of glitches

What is most problematic for me is that whenever there is a glitch in one scene i need to regenerate the previous one if some how woudl be possible to fix the previous scene automatically, or just not tightly connect scenes. So it does not require a chain of changes.
ALso the are problems with natural physics, like objects disappearing without reason, or a person going through obstacles like a ghost. or incorrect direction, (like walking backward without reason ) or shooting in the wrong direction. Like the target is in from, but the missile is going to the left.
