In the “free” mode I built a storyboard with rendered and very interesting images. So I made the purchase with the “ninja” mode (paid monthly version) and to my surprise, when rendering some images from the storyboard, they came with images much smaller than those already created. It was like leaving a movie and turning the music video into an animated cartoon, such a divergence. I am literally feeling cheated and hurt in what I contracted when subscribing to the monthly plan. I want the models I hired to be restored, or to be reimbursed for the mistake in hiring the Neuralframes platform.
